About LIFE

Legal Initiative for Forest and Environment, comprises of a group of lawyers working on issues of environmental democracy. It aims at creatively using the existing legal institutions and framework in protecting areas of vital ecological importance. Life works nationally with local groups, individuals and communities through a unique combinations of litigation, investigation, information dissemination, training citizens and supporting campaigns and movements.
